1. Parties

a) SUPPY (hereinafter referred to as SELLER), located at YDA Center, Kızılırmak, Dumlupınar Blvd. No: 9A, Interior Door No: 158, 06510 Çankaya/Ankara, which operates the powersuppy.com website.

b) The internet user who becomes a member of the powersuppy.com website ("Member")

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the terms and conditions under which the member may use the powersuppy.com website, owned by the Seller.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.1. The Member declares and undertakes that the personal and other information provided when registering on the powersuppy.com website is true and accurate before the law, and that the Member shall immediately compensate the Seller for any damages incurred due to any inaccuracies in this information.

3.2. Members may not share the password provided to them by powersuppy.com with any other person or entity. The member has the right to use such password. The member reserves all liability arising from this and all claims and demands that may be made against the seller by third parties or authorized authorities. The seller reserves the right to claim compensation and other compensation arising from such unauthorized use.

3.3. While using the powersuppy.com website, the member agrees and undertakes to comply with and not violate legal regulations. Otherwise, all legal and criminal liabilities arising will be entirely and exclusively binding on the member.

3.4. Members may not use the powersuppy.com website in any way that disrupts public order, violates public morality, disturbs or harasss others, for any unlawful purpose, or infringes on the intellectual property or copyrights of others. Furthermore, members may not engage in any activities (spam, viruses, Trojan horses, etc.) or actions that prevent or obstruct others' use of the services.

3.6. The seller shall not be liable for unauthorized access to member data or damage to member software and data. The member agrees in advance not to claim compensation from the seller for any damages they may incur as a result of using the powersuppy.com website.

3.7. The member agrees not to access or use the software and data of other internet users without permission. Otherwise, any legal and criminal liability arising from this shall be the sole responsibility of the member.

3.8. Any member who violates one or more of the provisions of this membership agreement shall be personally and legally liable for such violation and shall hold the seller harmless from any legal and criminal consequences of such violations. Furthermore, if the matter is brought to legal proceedings due to such violation, the seller reserves the right to seek compensation and potential recourse against the member for non-compliance with the membership agreement.

3.9. The seller reserves the right, at any time and unilaterally, to terminate the member's membership and delete the customer's files, documents, and information. The member hereby agrees to this discretion in advance. In such a case, the seller shall have no liability or obligation to pay compensation.

3.10. The software and design of the powersuppy.com website are the property of the seller, and the copyright and/or other intellectual property rights related to them are protected by relevant laws. They may not be used, acquired, or modified without the member's permission. Other companies and products mentioned on this website are the trademarks of their respective owners and are also protected by intellectual property rights. Members acknowledge and agree that they bear all legal and criminal liability for any unauthorized use of these information.

3.11. The powersuppy.com website may collect information such as the name and Internet Protocol (IP) address of the Internet service provider used by users to access the site, browser type, location information, the date and time the site was accessed, the pages accessed while on the site, the Internet address of the website providing direct access to the site, and other information for the purpose of improving and developing customer experience and/or in accordance with applicable laws. SUPPY uses this data to provide you with product and promotion information to provide you with more effective service.

3.12. The seller may disclose the member's personal information when required by law or when it is deemed necessary (a) to comply with legal requirements or legal process served on the seller; (b) to protect and defend the rights and property of the seller and the powersuppy.com website family.It may disclose this information in its sole discretion.

3.13 Measures have been taken to ensure that the powersuppy.com website is free of viruses and similar malicious software, within the limits of available resources. Furthermore, to ensure ultimate security, the user must provide their own virus protection system and ensure the necessary protection. In this context, by accessing the powersuppy.com website, the member acknowledges that they are responsible for all errors that may occur in their software and operating systems, and the direct or indirect consequences of these errors.

3.14. Persons under the age of 18 (eighteen) cannot shop on powersuppy.com. The seller will assume that the buyer is over 18 when registering for membership. However, the seller will not be held liable in any way for a buyer registering for membership and making purchases despite being under 18.

3.15 The seller, powersuppy.com, reserves the right to change the content of the site at any time, modify or terminate any service provided to users, or delete user information and data stored on the powersuppy.com website.

3.16. The Seller may change, update, or cancel the terms of the membership agreement at any time, without prior notice and/or warning, for new agreements. Any amended, updated, or repealed provision shall be effective for all members as of the publication date.

3.17. The parties acknowledge and agree that all computer records belonging to the Seller shall be considered the sole and exclusive evidence, in accordance with Article 287 of the Civil Procedure Code (CCP), and that such records constitute an evidentiary contract.

3.18. Pursuant to this membership agreement, the Seller is authorized to send informational emails to its registered email addresses and informational SMS messages to its mobile phones. By approving this membership agreement, the member shall be deemed to have agreed to receive informational emails to their email address and informational SMS messages to their mobile phone.

4. Termination of the Agreement

This agreement shall remain in effect until the member cancels their membership or until the Seller cancels their membership. If a member violates any provision of the membership agreement, the Seller may unilaterally terminate the agreement by canceling the member's membership, without liability for any compensation.

5. Dispute Resolution

Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes related to this agreement.

6. Effective Date

A member's registration for membership signifies that the member has read and accepted all the terms of the membership agreement. This agreement is concluded and mutually effective upon the member's registration.
